Rent Apollo HQ

A 3,500-square-foot creative space in Houston's Second Ward, available to teachers, nonprofits, companies, and neighbors.
A Space for Houston’s Creative Community

Apollo HQ is more than our home. It is a place where musicians rehearse and record, ideas take shape, and our artistic community comes together. We believe a space created for the arts should be shared, so we are opening our doors to Houston’s musicians, artists, nonprofits, organizations, and creative community.

Located minutes from downtown in the heart of Houston’s East End, Apollo HQ offers 3,500 square feet of flexible space across five rooms. The main room can accommodate an intimate chamber concert or a reception for up to 100 guests. Additional spaces include a conference room with a 15-seat table and full videoconferencing capabilities, a green room, the flexible Moon Room studio, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our rental rates are intentionally accessible. As Houston continues its journey toward becoming Mission Control for the Arts, we believe artists need more than stages and concert halls. They need welcoming spaces to rehearse, teach, collaborate, gather, plan, and create.

Whether it is a musician building a teaching studio, a nonprofit gathering its board, an ensemble preparing for its next performance, or a company hosting an offsite, every rental helps make Apollo HQ a place where creativity and community can thrive.

And yes, there’s parking. Free parking!

The Moon Room[X] sq. ft. · Seats 10

It also serves as a convenient support space for larger events, from catering staging to storage and breakout conversations.

Rates Designed Around Our Community

We price our spaces based on who you are and how you’ll use them, not simply which room you choose.

Our rates are intentionally set below Houston market, with our most accessible pricing reserved for individual teaching artists and arts organizations. Corporate and private event rentals help make those rates possible, allowing Apollo HQ to remain an affordable place for musicians, educators, artists, and nonprofits to teach, rehearse, create, and gather.

It is a simple model: when you rent Apollo HQ, you are also helping support Houston’s creative community.
